lindaapaul help. I recently purchased one of your asymmetrical necklaces and wore it for the first time on Christmas and one of the rhinestones fell out. So disappointment. I really loved this necklace. Any chance you can send me a replacement rhinestone. I have a picture but not sure how to send it.

glammii @lindaapaul I’m sorry for the late reply… been away. Unfortunately I don’t have extra stones. Whenever that happens to costume jewelry of mine, I go to trimming shops that carry loose crystals & gemstones. Surprised that happened so soon. I have worn 2 necklaces like yours a few times already and so far no loose stones yet.
