Hello. You bought both my Prada flats, which I shipped them out today. There is a way to buy multiple items from the same buyer, it's called a bundle. I am still new here and not exactly sure how it all works. I just wanted to let you know that I only used one shipping label, so you can get credited for one of the shipping charges. Just give them a call or email them. 😀

Hi Glenda. I had a email that said you bought my gold Chanel buttons. ! Congrats. I printed the label but now that notification is gone. I notified posh mark of the issue. I have no way now to flag that I have shipped the order. If you can also email Poshmark that may help. They usually take 2-3 days to respond. 😔

Hello just noticed you bought both the midi dress and the crochet top. I'm sorry I didn't catch this earlier but I could bundle both and so you save paying the shipping fee twice. I would have to cancel both transactions & create a special bundle for the top and dress.

Hello Glenda, I shipped out the Burberry flats but for some reason the package was unable to be delivered. It looks like the address was forwarded. I have been trying to track the package, but the last update I can see is that it was sent out for redistribution. I just want to make sure you were the one who forwarded the address. It’s taking an abnormally long time to get to you, most items I ship get sent between 1-3 days.

The item you purchased was in new condition even though it was a vintage piece. I’m not sure why you said it was garbage and gave one star. You could have just mailed it back to me. Reaching out to a seller is better than leaving bad feedback. It would be nice to have a chance to accept a return.
