You could just send it back to me and I’ll right you a check No need to get posh mark involved Im sure they have hundreds and hundreds of people to help . natalieeek @glendaliz4 No worries. Feel bad you don’t like it. The description says navy and you wanted black . And my photos show clearly my coat doesn’t have lapels . Maybe you can get it taken in . Don’t lose sleep over it no worries they’ll work it out

glendaliz4 @natalieeek I assumed that it was like the picture showed at the top. Why was it there if it’s not the exact coat. The color I was gonna just deal with. And the fit definitely doesn’t fit like a s/m.

natalieeek @glendaliz4 There are tons of photos on posh that people show models to show a look that doesn’t mean it’s the item . You always need to look at all the pictures. And read the descriptions . I go by the description. No worries. Let them handle it .
