Hi Glenn I need you to confirm you got the right package with the Dolphins jersey and hat, the post office wrongfully sent another item I shipped when I sent yours and I am trying to locate where they sent it so if you got the correct package could you confirm for me and accept this way I know who got the wrong item from the post office delivery

I didn’t open the plastic package. But it wasn’t the Zach Thomas Dolphins Jersey and cap. Let me know if / how I can help resolve. Thanks.

@gad4fins the label had a business address as indicated on the tracking number and indicates being delivered to specific areas in the business like front desk, reception area and mail room

@gad4fins yeah I just looked up the tracking number and it clearly indicates being delivered today to Edgewater NH with the same zip code but has areas listed as front desk, reception area and mail room which I never see because it always lists a buyers home address

@josasaj2266 yep. Got it. I can send you pictures. The box with tracking number ending in 40312 did have the bears Jersey. But the address was wrong. It was my address, not the address in Tennessee. So : tracking # = Bears but does not equal Tennessee address.

@gad4fins no I have located every other item shipped that day, and only have the tracking number indicating it was delivered to Edgewater,NJ in the front desk area, reception area and mail room, you sure there’s no other area that they may have left it by what they indicated in the delivery status? You think someone could have taken it?

@josasaj2266 I think there is still confusion. The item delivered to Edgewater was the bears Jersey. That matched the the tracking number you gave me. There is a mixup with the tracking numbers I think

@gad4fins I checked every tracking number and other purchasers that day as I had 5 packages to ship 3 of them shipped where they were supposed to, the Bears jersey was wrongfully sent to you and I have no way of knowing where the Dolphins jersey and hat are?

@josasaj2266 The tracking number of the box with the Dolphins stuff in it was 9404 5112 0206 1453 6403 12. And that had the bears Jersey in it. Someone has the Dolphins stuff and either isn’t letting you know or it’s lost. I checked with my front desk. We haven’t had issues getting packages. There were 3 boxes delivered yesterday (Sam’s club, Amazon, and yours). no idea where it could be. Can you check the other packages and recipients?

@gad4fins I figured out where the jersey and hat are, they are packaged in a box due to arrive tomorrow to a guy who is in Charlotte,NC who originally bought a NY Yankees hat that the guy you sent the Bears jersey to ended up getting, I have traced his tracking number and that’s why the jersey and hat are in limbo because they are in a box scheduled for delivery tomorrow
