I'm sorry the shoes did not fit. In women sizes, if you need a size 10 look for a euro size 42. If you need a size 12 look for a euro size 44. I could have directed you better had I known what you needed. I am so sorry😔

The photo of the inside of the shoe shows size 42 but I listed it a 12. BIG mistake, 42 is a USA 10. So I sent word to Poshmark and asked if I could get a return label for you and have your $ refunded. I will pay shipping because this was my error. If you don't mind, can we give them a chance to respond? Again I am so very sorry for all this.

I got word back from Poshmark regarding our little delima. They say that the item was accepted and so the money was deposited and there is nothing they can do at that point. So I will be sending you a personal refund. With it will be my address for you to make a return. Again I am really sorry I messed this up and I do hope you will find the right size soon.
