gwalk30 @kutiesbykaiti2 when there is a closet clean out, I go through my closet and lower my prices but then I get likes from those who should have been notified of the lower price and gotten discounted shipping. What am I supposed to do with those likes?

kutiesbykaiti2 @gwalk30 hmm.. your lowering any item in your closet by at least 10% or more during a closet clear out then Poshmark automatically offers any buyer discounted shipping whether there are new Liker or have already liked it if they've already liked it it notifies them that the shipping price is cheaper right now and it lasts for 24 hours or some sort of small time period

kutiesbykaiti2 @gwalk30 but I'm not sure I'm understanding the question correctly using closet clear out is just a time. where if you drop your price by 10% on an item Poshmark offers them discounted shipping and covers it on their end so that they get discounted shipping but the $2 discounted shipping isn't on you it's on the house on Poshmark.

kutiesbykaiti2 @gwalk30 however if a user has not already harder your item they won't be notified the price has been lowered if they like your item after it's been lowered through closet clear out it will just show up as that price if they try to check out with it but it won't notify them

kutiesbykaiti2 so I'm sorry I'm not exactly sure what you mean by what should you do with the new likes I was in if a potential buyer likes your item after you've discounted it the only thing you could do after they like it I wouldn't do this because if they'd like to buy it they should reach out to you or send an offer but if you really want to make them aware and you don't want to leave them a message on their page

kutiesbykaiti2 you can actually take the item they liked and at the top right click add to a bundle or share to a bundle and do it under their name and you will create a bundle for them they would potentially be purchasing and there they will see their closet clear out discount and you can send more on top of it or if there's more than one item offer a bundle discount as well and speak to them and message them within that bundle

kutiesbykaiti2 but in general as far as getting a new heart or a new like on your item after you've lowered it for closet clear out normally when closet clear out is over my prices are set back to what they were before I don't leave them discounted and as far as new likes there's really nothing that you can do with them hun they should just already be seeing the shipping discount when they newly like it❤️❤️
