I am having printer issues... I think my printer is broken and I was going to ship your shoes today (Elle high heels). We had a snowstorm as well. I can give you a refund or ship the shoes next week. @gloriarb I'm so sorry. I found 2 sets of sandals and before I could message you again, I had to deal with an unexpected personal issue. I plan to go through my closet & update my items to be sure I can locate them all in the future. I couldn't contact til now & I feel terrible about not completing your order.
