Hey Gloria. I am so sorry to hear that your dress arrived damp, and you're right it is odd. The only thing I can think of is I maybe packaged too soon after steaming it. The dress didn't feel damp to me but I could have possibly missed it with that particular fabric. Anyway, I hope once you're able to try it on you love it. Hope you'll let me know. And again I am very sorry.
