Good morning Gloria 🍃I am just horrified to see what happened to those shoes💥 I paid a lot of money for them and only worn once! I will let the store know what happened where I bought them. I would never send a defective item to any customer🌾There was no way to tell that that those heels would deteriorate.I hope you would trust me again for future sales~Please review my love notes, I have rave reviews and 5 star ratings plus always free gifts💞 Dawn

@loftchic1120 I totally understand and I knew you did not do that intentionally. I have owned several pairs of Clarks shoes and they have never disintegrated. I had only put them on at work for under an hour and they completely came apart. Thankfully my husband brought me another pair of shoes because I have to walk all over the airport between three terminals throughout my shift. Let me know what I should do as far as returning them

Poshmark will review the case and I will instruct them of course to give you your refund and refund on shipping ~you do not have to return them you can just throw them away.
