@gehof aloha Gloria! So I read on site that you would need to file a claim w/ Poshmark & they require proof, ie: mistepresentation, pictures, color, the specific reason(s) why you want the return.
Since I believe my description, pictures, all were represented truthfully, you may have to keep the shawl only due to your reason that it was not what you thought.
I will work with you & Poshmark.
