pace1435 Hello, I received the burgundy and gold pillows today. However, I’m very disappointed because the pillows are flattened like the cotton has been taken out and they smell terrible.

flo2glo @pace1435 wow I’m sorry they are used I use Clorox odor defense clean air spray then seal box maybe that’s the smell they can be aired out in sun or dry clean my family member had them for years please do not accept and Poshmark will give you a return label I’m sorry

pace1435 No.. I haven’t heard anything other than when I submitted it. It said it was under review, but I’ve never had to send anything back so wasn’t sure how long it took.
