goingbigger1 @janesfashaddict Hi, thanks for the response. I sent you a package several weeks ago (a silk Sundance shirt). Then sold a pink Kate Spade purse but accidentally reprinted your shipping label. I didn't realize my error until I looked up the post office receipt and noticed that it was to the same city and state as your shipment.... I sent it on the 26th. It should arrive today if not yesterday. Thanks for being willing to send it back! I really appreciate it.

goingbigger1 @chrissypyle32 I'm so sorry for the delay. I sent your purse on December 26th but It turns out that your purse went to the wrong person. :( But the good news is that they confirmed they received it and they will send it your way. Hopefully it will be dropped in the mail tomorrow and you should receive it a few days after. For the inconvenience if you want to buy anything else from my closet, I can give you a MAJOR discount. Or I can drop a small token of my appreciation in the mail.

goingbigger1 @chrissypyle32 oh my. I am so sorry for not sending this earlier. Yes, it was found and shipped 3 days ago. You should receive it today or tomorrow. Also to make up for all of the confusion I'd love to send you a small gift. Would you be interested in a Graham similar to the one you purchased but in the black color?

goingbigger1 @chrissypyle32 The label you looked up might be the new label that Poshmark sent when I told them about the issue. But they were closed on Jan 1 and I was eager to resolve the issue, so I used the original label linked above. Once it arrives tomorrow and you confirm recieving it, I'll send the Graham. chrissypyle32 It’s not your fault! I actually ordered something from Etsy almost a month ago and they told me it’s a problem with usps at this point so I apologize I was not trying to be rude!! Usps just really sucks right now!!!

goingbigger1 @chrissypyle32 Hi, no need to apologize at all. You're frustration is TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE. Yesterday, I escalated this issue with Poshmark support. There were aware of the issue in late Dec but after our convo, I escalated your case. They may reach out to you to offer some support if they haven't already. I really do hope the purse comes today. Let me know what happens and we'll take it from there. I just hate that you bought something you loved and it hasn't arrived yet....

goingbigger1 @chrissypyle32 I just went to the post office and had them print out the tracking info. You are right, it is on the way!! They suspect that the label was damaged and fell into their manual processing center which is backlogged... so let's keep our fingers crossed.
