allthatwander @goochymomma I report them by using that little flag symbol next to the comment. Posh will remove it from your listing. I never reply to them, just report. I think these people just want your email address and other info to sell, that is why I don't engage with them

goochymomma @kessler17 I’ve sent them numerous emails and I don’t know why they aren’t responding. If I ever have an inquiry, usually I hear back within 2 business days. I have every intention of making sure Posh refunds you or makes this right by helping make sure you get the right purse. I’m so sorry for the mix up but I’m trying to make it right through the right channels. Sending the purse outside of Posh not only costs an insane amount, but you and I both lose any protection Posh offers.
