goodkarmashop @islandtimes unfortunately I don’t know of another way. Was there a problem with the item? In order details there is an option for “item not as described”. Perhaps there?

islandtimes @goodkarmashop I began using the new MK holder last week. When I reached for my phone in my purse today it had black all over it... In looking to see what it was, I discovered that the leather had disintegrated... no fault of yours as it was still wrapped but I’m sure it was because of the age... it was a vintage case. That happens over time. Do you want photos?

islandtimes It indicated that contacting them after 72 hours the sale is considered final and would not let me proceed. The bonded leather didn't wear off the 1st 72 hours so I suppose I can't return it.

islandtimes @goodkarmashop Customer service responded & they won’t allow the return. Such a sad business practice. It’s not your fault or mine & you are willing to make it right but they don’t allow it. Resolving issues should be between the seller & buyer as long as both are willing to agree on a resolution. Was considering becoming a seller here as I have tons of designer things but Not now. Again... thank you. Gail Weams 828. 777. 1997
