Hi Gopi, I see that you are new to Posh, and I'm so sorry your necklace arrived damaged. You probably did not know but you could have notified me and Posh before accepting it. Items that are damaged in shipping are covered by Poshmark and USPS. If you still have the package and tracking number, I can see about getting your money back. I would really like to help make this right.

OH! yes i do have the box. Unfortunately I was on vacation during memorial weekend and by the time I came back and opened package Poshmark had already marked it as delivered and payment accepted. Do you have an email I can send the tracking number to? BTW thank you for being prompt in your response, really appreciate it.
