Thank you for your recent purchase, I'm very sorry about the ship time and I completely understand your rating. I just wanted to let you know that I am a mom of 3 kids under 4! And the baby (6 months old) came down with RSV and an ear infection right when you ordered this item, it has been a ROUGH couple of weeks, and I do apologize for the ship time.
