Ma'am, I am SO sorry about the order you had to cancel with me. On the Monday morning that I was going to ship, I was involved in a vehicle vs. pedestrian accident at Walmart in Gulfport. I was the pedestrian. A truck backed out on me while I was walking towards the store...I could not move fast enough. I have been discharged the hospital.

My consignment shop is quite busy with Fall/Winter arrivals now and I have a couple of volunteers coming in a few hours 3 days a week to help me. I do not have a computerized system to track my inventory. My store is in a country setting and I am celebrating my 11th year anniversary of my shop being open. I pride myself in the quality of clothes as well as my service to my customers. I always ship my items same day or next day.

This incident with these pants has me dumbfounded, frustrated and embarrassed that I can not ship them to you. I’ve had items that sold in my store that I had forgotten to take out of my Poshmark Closet but I have tried to be more careful to not have that happen. I am the only one that runs my register and I would/should remember if these pants sold in my store since I was so happy when I found them to measure them for you. I truly apologize again and hope you understand.

@grace2136 - I understand. Im so very sorry to disappoint you. I’m truly frustrated about the whole situation. In the 11 years I’ve had my store I have never had such an incident happen. And hope & pray it doesn’t again. (But I’ve only been actively selling on Poshmark since the pandemic started. It’s what helped me keep my business going). Stay well!
