ktspicks I saw your rating and was curious, it smelled like smoke, like something burnt or like cigarette smoke!? All my items are kept in buns but I do by from third parties so I don't know what items are exposed too, however I didn't notice any smells when shipping! If u want to return I'll be more than happy to take back! I have a very high rating, almost 5 stars and hate to see it tarnished! I want all my customers to be happy!

ktspicks Another option 4 u is I can pay for it to be professionally cleaned! My dry cleaners charges like $10 For cleaning large purses. Just an option if u like. I want u to be happy!:-)

jessnichole Hello Grace! I was packaging up your Tori Burch wedges you purchased to ship them out and realized they are a size 6 not a size 7! I had no idea when I listed them as I always always wear a 7! I never ever go down a size in shoes however these wedges fit my size 7 feet perfectly. Let me know if you still want me to ship them out! I just couldn’t ship them without letting you know first of course! If you still want them I will throw in something extra for you 💛💛

ohiowright @graceservellon OMG... you are a girl after my own heart I almost did the exact same thing last summer when my daughter was designing her engagement ring. The jeweler talked me out of (of course) and he re-set my diamond in a new setting that is so/so. I absolutely wished I would have done the same. My husband would beat me doing it now after spending a few thousand dollars to reset my stone. Putting a diamond on top of this band would make a really classy ring. What I should have done!

zhoover101 @graceservellon Hey I just shipped the Crib bedding/ bumper. My scale at home broke and the Post office guy said it was already accepted, after the fact the paper said it was a couple pounds over. But it did not charge me anything. I went back in to pay for the additional/ to get a new shipping label and they told me that its already scanned and they said it will just bill my account extra. If they charge you let me know. So sorry for the confusion, never had that happen before.
