lrfoley Your very best pm deal that will be good until Saturday and if you will hold them mark not for sale and I will message you on Saturday and ready to purchase. I had some one marked sold one time and she had been a Posher since 2000 and couldn’t get the sold sign off in order to sell them to me or another. I really need your best price and I know that one said had Box (plate) but do you have any way have boxes for the other two and coffee cup as these are Christmas present 🎁. Thank you LISA

lrfoley I know and I didn’t want to insult you but I couldn’t put anymore in there because it automatically declined it on my end when I put in more because I only have 31.00 in checking. So I had to put in minimum and I am trying to figure out and see if you can work with meI’m sorry if you took it as a insult but that’s what I had to do!🙁😎

mousebarros Hello, I just saw you comment and want to sincerely apologize for over-looking this defect. I always look over my times but obviously did not see this. I can imagine you are extremely disappointed and understand why! I wish there was a way, even though it’s past the time, that you could contact poshmark and build a case to send it back. I realize that you might be busy and not have the time to do this, but thought I would mention it. Again, I am very sorry☹️

priorityk @open_heart I understand you can't stop the order but can I return? I know you can appreciate that this is a highly unusual situation. Both my daughter-in-law's mom and I live in different cities and our paths don't cross. Neither of us had any idea you were selling two pairs of the flats in the same size so when I saw that the shoes were still available I purchased them.

open_heart @priorityk I do appreciate the situation. All returns/refunds must be processed through Poshmark and they only issue refunds if the seller did not ship or the item is not as described (e.g. wrong item). I can't conduct transactions outside of Poshmark - I wouldn't know how and it's not allowed. Please email Poshmark support. If they set up an official process to follow, I will do my part.
