brooksiegal I’ve just emailed support team. because I’m not sure what’s going on also I put a bid in with another seller not know how this works. So I have another one but different color and I’m trying to cancel it. Can you help me understand what has happened

mzgrace0522 @brooksiegal You originally put in a bid with me of $30 so I accepted it and the item was marked sold. So now I have to print the label, pack it, and ship it out to you. Once you receive it and like it, you have to accept it. Then Poshmark will release the payment to me. If you don’t click accept in 3 days then Poshmark will automatically release payment to me since the item was delivered to you already. This is how it normally works. 😊

mzgrace0522 @brooksiegal I am not sure if you can cancel a bid after they accept it, but I think you can send it back when you receive it? I am not quite sure.
