themagicwand You said I could improve ship time. I sent your order out when our post office was closed for President Bush’s death. I knew there would still be people working in the back that would get the package out that day. It started tracking later that day. I don’t know how I possibly could have gotten it there any faster. Once I take it to the Post Office, it’s out of my hands. In December, mail slows down.

themagicwand I checked my records & I actually mailed the sneakers the day you bought them & they started tracking at the Post office. You can follow the tracking & see they were mailed and began tracking the day you bought them.

themagicwand @giannarino Yes, so you gave me a less than 5 star rating over something I did not have control over, I did my best to provide excellent service. Poshers who do this as a business take our reviews seriously. Posh keeps statistics on everything and we are rated on them. You hurt mine.
