If you go to “my purchases” and click on the order, you can scroll down to where it says “Problems / Order Inquiry” click it and then click “Cancel Order.” It’ll ask why you want to cancel, and they’ll give you the option of saying “Accidental Purchase” or “Other.” If you do still want the shoes, please let me know ASAP!
