graaaay_a Hi Grace! For some reason on the purchase of the scarf it wouldn’t let me message you. The Coach scarf you purchased unfortunately is not available. I searched for it all day and come to find out... my sister sold it at Plato’s Closet and failed to tell me. I cancelled your purchase for you so the transaction would not go through. Super sorry for this inconvenience, I wasn’t even aware! I’ve taken it down. Thanks! Sorry again. -Alyssa

deborahsmyrl This is Deborah who sold you the Louis Vuitton Wallet. You mentioned the there are scuffs in the dollar bill pocket but that specifically mentioned in the description listing? Did you read the description listing??? The date code stamp is in the side of one of the dollar bill pockets. It’s there if you would look in the correct place. Louis Vuitton makes them hidden & difficult to find for obvious reasons.

deborahsmyrl Please make sure you look in the correct place for the date code stamp. And it’s unfortunate that you gave me a bad rating for the “scuffs in the dollar bill pocket “ when that was disclosed in the listing. As far as the snap being loose, it wasn’t loose when I tried it out so I’m not sure what that’s all about. It worked perfectly fine when I had it.

deborahsmyrl @gracechavez874 it’s in one the pockets, either to the far right or far left. They make it hard to find because it proves it’s authenticity. Also, if the snap is loose it can be fixed or replaced easily & inexpensively by a shoe cobbler - they work with leather shoes & can fix handbags too.

gracechavez874 I just received this wallet I understand its used there was no pictures of the scuff marks in the dollar side. Also the stamp dat you cannot see it at all. For the snap being loose to close that's how it came to me. I'm not going back and forth I paid what you asked and I'm untitled to give you the correct rating

toroblanco Hello! I am very, very sorry, but it appears I have managed to switch labels on your order and instead of receiving the Coach flats you ordered, you were sent Vans instead. I have contacted Poshmark with this issue directly to try to have the issue resolved. I will notify you when I receive word from Poshmark. I would suggest opening a case when receiving this item to prevent the order from auto accepting. Once again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you.

gracechavez874 @toroblanco. Hello..so I received the shoes how do I open a case with Postmark? Also can't I just send the shoes back to the sender? What happens next. Can't I just not accept to pay for the shoes? I'm not sure how to do this cuz this has never happened before

toroblanco @gracechavez874 Please do not accept- in that case, then Poshmark will do nothing- claiming that the order is closed. I believe Poshmark will send labels to you and the other person, allowing you to switch the orders. Currently, I am waiting on a response from Poshmark, but it can be slow due to the amount of activity the app is showing. Thank you for your understanding and I am once again very sorry about the inconvenience.
