justthewayuare I am very disappointed I rushed your order out immediately, but then not only didn’t you not pick it up from your P.O. Box for days (which makes it look undelivered in the Posh app) but then you ignored my polite request to rate me for another week after that (Posh shows you were online multiple times during the last week). I think it is ridiculous I had to contact the post office to track the item because you didn’t pick it up and then wait so long for a rating to release funds.

Sometimes I will get a message from Poshmark to pick up an item & it's not at the post office when I go. Our post office box is at a substation & sometimes the packages get scanned at the main post office before being sent to the substation. I realize that your perception was that I was not rating you promptly, but I did not have the package in hand yet. Again, I apologize for the frustration.
