lollyposher Hi! I got your message regarding the paw 🐾 bracelet. I’m sorry the instructions aren’t clear. They are on the item listing. To open the pendant cage you need to remove it from the bracelet. Unscrew the silver ball and slide the end through the coiled steel. Then just slide the pendant off. It will open like a locket. It has a hinge. And yes the extra puffs are for changing scents and colors if desired. I hope this helps 🙏🏼☺️
