You just accepted the item when you could have easily reported an issue before accepting. I really don’t appreciate the one star, and you hurting my rating for something that was obviously not my fault.

sammygrrl24 I see your case got approved I don't know why, however you need to make sure the shoes come back in the brand new condition that they were in when you received them because I have to let them know how they look when they got here. They were in brand new condition with no marks not even a fingerprint on them because they are brand new.. I have photos of me shipping them.
