vielica Hi, I hope this finds you well. I noticed that the handle Gad a tear from storing it. I decided to ship it anyways but not charge you. vielica Hi, sorry about that! This is what I just sent-Hi, the buyer contacted me to say that PM wants her to return the tote. I want her to keep it for her trouble and I don’t want to get paid. I sent an email to PM advising of the issue so that she could open a claim but keep the item. I do not need to get paid, please let the buyer keep the item at no charge. Thank you.
