Hello! I feel surprised with the 4 star rating you gave me on the Gucci Bag. It was used like 2/3 times at most. It was certainly not dirty when I sent it to you. It did go to Posh for Authentication and I do not know who handled the bag and what they did to it? You can see from my original post the photos of the bag very clearly. I am a 5 star seller and feel very disappointed in your rating of the bag. What was dirty? I would appreciate more detailed feedback. Thanks

Hi! Sorry for the star level comment. The packing was not secured properly. The packaging tapes are kind of loose and it good that it wasn’t damage the box of Gucci. I wish I did took pictures of the box but I was very excited to open it. Again. Sorry if your not happy of mu comment.
