I can take new pictures if you want me to, but yes... sadly from the pictures I couldn’t tell it was shiny and thought it was more matte looking so I’m wanting to sell it so that I can get my money back on it and buy another one that I like more. I’m so sorry, I promise my intentions were to keep it! I was really excited when I checked the mail today and then was super bummed when it wasn’t what I expected

zoelynn38 @gracieirby ok thanks for the explanation. I wrote in the description that it was gray patent material which means shiny. And showed that in the last image! gracieirby @murphyalina376 hey! So I have bad news. I didn’t realize but one of the straps is broken. There are two on each side and on one side one popped off. Want me to cancel? I’m so so sorry I didn’t notice this until now. The straps still held up so I guess because it wasn’t falling off I didn’t notice. I’m so so sorry!
