Hi, it's Mallory with the Charming Charlie Purse. It is listed as used. I wiped it down with an antibacterial wipe as well as I could- it's not the kind of thing you can throw in the washing machine. It's in the exact condition that it is in the pictures.

You didn't ask any questions for my "responsiveness" to need improvement. I shipped next day. You got a $40 bag for $8- what did you expect? There's no major damage rips or holes. No cigarette smell or burns. I don't think 2 stars is fair.

Hi! i’m very confused, i answered every question you asked. the shoes were worn twice. i’m not sure if you’ve ever worn or had frye boots before but that’s the whole look for them to come pre distressed to look vintage. every picture on online shows it too. you also got these boots at a HUGE discounted price. i paid 320 and sold them and only made $48. very confused with the rating
