shelleysage @graycenbail I inspected the top before it was sent and saw nothing. I would have put that in my listing if I had seen it. Did you try to get the makeup off?

graycenbail @shelleysage hmmm 😞 I have not yet done anything with the swim top to try and remove the makeup because it wasn't officially mine yet so I did not want to tamper with it. It is super cute! Just not as new as I was anticipating. I don't mean to be annoying or sketchy at all!! I apologize for the inconvenience of it :/
