greatdeals4sure @tttrudy oh my goodness! No, someone ended up buying it! I can’t believe it. When someone puts an offer in on poshmak, others that have liked the item get a notice that there has been an offer and if they want the item they should pay full price and buy it. I believe when you put in the offer, all the people that liked that bag got a notification and someone bought it out right. I’m so very sorry!

ginger222 Just to let you know of the purse I bought , the strap is coming off on one side, it is a nice purse but can not use it. Needs to be taken to be fix. Not sure it's worth it

greatdeals4sure @ginger222 I really don’t know what I would do but what I do know is that I have an excellent sales rating and I want all my customers to be happy with their purchase. So I am fine if you file a claim. I can tell posh that I am ok with them giving you your money back. Im not sure how every claim is resolved, but I think that’s the only way to get a refund. The rating that each customer gives is what matters most to my rating, I don’t think claims matter?? But I’m not sure. I want you happy
