manofclothes @cortezm99 So I have tried setting up my Poshmark account following the Support Center guidelines and can’t figure it out. Clicked on the Just want to chat link and nothing happens. I read reviews about PM and 80% gave bad reviews on how the Support never responded. I’m certainly not a negative person and want to be fair but so far I’ve gotten nowhere with this experience. I just want to actually talk to someone to get over this hurdle. Thanks!!😊

cortezm99 @manofclothes what are you trying to figure out exactly dear? You’ve already begun to curate a closet, which by the way, looks awesome so far! The more items you showcase in your closet, the more it’ll appeal to the masses and will help in building your audience (potential buyers). Never misrepresent your items! Always provide as many photos as possible (your cover photo is what the entire Posh World and beyond will see first,

cortezm99 And as far as Poshmark Customer Support goes, I’ve come to find that they do respond to email messages more than anything else, but their turn around time to respond is normally 24-48 hours. That’s just my experience though. So, you just have to be patient when contacting them. Anyhow, I believe you will get into the swing of things and become a Posh Ambassador in no time! cortezm99 And always remember...”transactions outside of Poshmark” are prohibited and goes against Poshmark policy. Never ever respond to any buyers who ask you to email them or text them to complete a transaction outside of Poshmark! If you choose to do so, it will be at your own risk and Poshmark will not be responsible for the outcome of that transaction. 😊
