hnn1115 @gregorymarkey When people purchase something, the money goes to Poshmark and you will only receive a shipping label if the transaction is complete so you don’t have to worry about not getting your money on Poshmark. The only scam to look out for is when people leave comments with emails or phone numbers for you to contact on your items. Do not contact them outside of Posh, it is always a scam.

hnn1115 Also, if you buy something over a certain price point, it’ll go to Posh HQ first to be authenticated before being sent to you. Hope this answered your question :)

hnn1115 @gregorymarkey People have 7 days to ship and if they do not shipping after 7 days, Poshmark I’ll cancel the order and refund you. If they said they shipped, you will receive tracking info on the app once the package has been scanned into the USPS system.

antoniomezy @gregorymarkey If you go to MY PURCHASES you should be able to see the status of your purchase, if the item isn’t even shipped after 7 days you should be able to get your money back, hope this helps
