Hi! Did u receive the YSL sunglasses and sandals? I asked the other Poshmark user and they said they received the toms they ordered. Not sure what happening with the order or label. But I’m almost positive the sunglasses and sandals were shipped to the right label. Sorry if they were not! I hope we can figure this out

Hi sorry about that! So since both the items I switched the bales are coming back to me. The only for you to receive them would be for you to repurchase them. Since Poshmark issued a full refund. I would add something else in your new package. But I’m so sorry for inconvenience.

@laf2liv2lov yes sorry. someone purchased the toms and I accidentally switched the labels when I was sending them out. That’s why you received the opposite one. She is sending them back to me and once I get them. In a few days. I can make a new listing and you can repurchase it. Sorry for the inconvenience❤️

@laf2liv2lov check your email or go your purchases and it should give you a return label. You would then package the item u received and send it back. The other buyer that received your package send her package back already. So just waiting on yours so I can send hers as well. Please let me know if you need help with anything else.

@laf2liv2lov Let me know if you’ll ship them back Poshmark has a certain time for the return label to be valid and if it’s not sent in that time they just give me the money for the items you requested a return label on. It’s super important and please let me know if you need help with the return label.

@laf2liv2lov I would say click “my purchases” and then click the one u purchased with me and there should be a return label to download from there. And also check your email affiliated with Poshmark. There should be a refund label there
