Our home is smoke free and pet free.
Most of my clothing is dry cleaned with the exception of denimn. So if you want to know if its been washed instead, just ask :)
Children's clothes are all washed but dried on air or low for 20 min and hung dry to avoid shrinkage.
I can be flexible on pricing and will consider all reasonable offers :)
