netib1 Hi Gretchen, I’m so sorry, I can not locate this scarf. I’ve have looked for 3 days. Nor any other scarf I have listed. Who knows where I put them🤷‍♀️ I have messaged posh mark. I would give them 24 hrs. And they will refund your money. I will relist it whenever I find it and send you another message. Of course, I don’t expect you to wait for it. ☺️ But it is one of the prettiest scarves I own. Again, I’m so sorry I can’t get this to you at this time.

swtnightowl Hi, I am sorry to hear about your experience. When I shipped this item the box was closed and the item was clean. It sounds to me some tampering was done with it before it arrived to you. Unfortunately I do not have control over what happens during the shipment process nor as a seller can I open a dispute but please keep this in mind when you leave someone a rating in the future.
