Hi, Gretchen! Thank you for purchasing my favorite sandals!!! I love these cute shoes with their flamingos ❤️ but they weren’t a good fit for me after foot surgery. Hi Gretchen. I have a problem. I was getting ready to pack your sandals this morning. I always wipe my items down with a people friendly sanitizing spray. When I got to the latch on the right sandal I noticed it was loose. I tried tightening and instead it came off. I’m terribly sorry. I will contact poshmark but I think you just have to report it and they refund your money. .If you see anything else in my closet you like say the word and I will be very generous. Sarah C
