zhidishi Hello I have just purchased your wood carving item and I would like to ask you to please pack well with adequate cushioning and protection in a strong box. Please make extra protection for the beak as it can easily get damaged during shipping. Multilayers of large bubble wraps with enough peanuts work best in my experience as long as the item stays tight and does not bounce in the package (newspaper works also). I have had lots of similar items arrive damaged due to lack of packing. Thank you.

fordad I am ready to ship but am not sure what to do about the label. The package weighs slightly more than 10 lbs. PM shipping labels only go to 10lbs. I have contacted the help center but they say it might take 24 hours to get back with me. I am ready to ship tomorrow but it might be Saturday. I am truly sorry. I hope they get back with me soon.

fordad Your item is currently at the post office! I repackaged and the post office says the package is right at 10 lbs. I am disappointed a bit in PM, I have sold over 75 items with them and have never been notified that I shouldn't ship anything over 10 lbs. Most of my items have been clothing so that's not a problem, but the "home" items could easily be over 10 lbs if packaged properly. I really like PM but I guess I will have to sell some "home" items elsewhere. Thx for shopping with us:)

fordad @broncodarrell Hello. Happy to help. 😊 I tried this once before. Was told that you need to cancel your original offer on the hat then bundle the shoes and hat together in one offer. That will create just one shipping label. Look forward to working with you on the shoes too.
