mazja Hi, I’m sorry for responding late, came back home today morning. We have a small store here, and new inventory had arrived when I was out. Today I inspected each item, noticed the one earring’s crystal’s edge has 2 very tiny, unnoticeable chips, although the item was never used. My sister was taking care of our store, she reported to me all new jewelry have no issue, but I see she doesn't have enough experience.
