twistedglory Hello, I bought a varsity jacket and poshmark changed my address without me knowing, and there’s a chance the post office can’t send it to the right one, is there a way I can get in contact with you directly and give you the right address in case they return to sender?

grisb11 @twistedglory oh no! according to USPS the item was delivered at 6:06am on 10/04/21 (tracking number 9405511202061124320031) and its pending acceptance. We can continue tracking and see if the people there return the item :/ But you can also contact Poshmark and ask them why they change your address bc it's weird they didn't notify you about it, it's not your fault

grisb11 @twistedglory Ok I checked today's mail and yes it made it back. I tried to issue a refund but it's not giving me that option bc Poshmark notified that you accepted the item as delivered on 10/07/21! I, as well don't want to give my info. through here. What is usps saying? bc the shipping label has been used, I won't be able to reuse it. Ask them, if I go to a usps will they cover the shipping and do they have your address in the system?

twistedglory @grisb11 I don’t know, even the people at USPS are confused, because supposedly there were a lot of things they were supposed to do that they never did. I also specifically pressed that I didn’t receive the package on Poshmark, so I don’t know why it marked like that. Can’t you simply put it in a new box with the information I give you? USPS won’t help me any further.

grisb11 @twistedglory I will have to ask them if I can reuse the same shipping label, in the mean time try to contact Poshmark about why they notified me that you accepted the order, when you didn't, maybe a refund can be issued instead
