Why did you give me a poor (1 star) rating, the item was NEW with tags and the ONLY flaw was listed in the description as well as a posted photo!! It was also shipped out next day!! It looks like you do this a lot. PLEASE EXPLAIN??!! 😡

I brought something else the same day it came out perfect then I graded 5, nothing personal this is online shopping descriptions play a urge role in order for people not loosing their money everything need to be clearly defined

Getting a one star rating is demoralizing, especially when you do everything possible to make it nice for the buyer and it could have been resolved no problem with a simple message to me first 😢
