I just wanted to check in with you regarding your purchase: I used the updated shipping label Poshmark sent to me, but I can see the shipment is being returned back to my address. I apologize for the delay and inconvenience! Once it arrives on my end I’ll be in touch, I can either resend the item to your correct address or you can cancel the purchase if it’s too delayed. danasayshello @guillaumecoutur hi hi! It’s Canada Post, and the tracking number is 1026167103564787. It’s not tracking in the app for some reason, but when I check the tracking info online it shows that the package is in transit and expected delivery is December 7th end of day. Let me know if you have any problems looking this up on your end!

guillaumecoutur @danasayshello hi.. i am so sorry i just realized there might be a mistake with my address and that would be why it was sent back, i called to correct it but apparently its impossible to do so until the item is identified or some BS like that, so ill try to call again if theres a problem with it but for now lets hope they deliver it anyways, if not, again Im sorry 😣

guillaumecoutur @danasayshello before you send it this time, check if the app number appears on the label! I think thats the problem and that even though I changed my address, the app is printing the label with the address I had when I ordered the item in the first place! 😵 thank you so much!

guillaumecoutur @danasayshello yes it is! The address they send you is probably the one I had initially when I made the purchase 😣 maybe customer service can help, i could use my other address it worked with that one a bunch of times!
