gustaveposh @troytammysmith Sorry for that. Poshmark cannot be replaced item or partially refunded. We can only wait for you to contact the poshmark customer service. Then we can proceed to the next step.You do not need to pay for return shipping. After you contact poshmark customer service, they will give you a shipping label. If you still need to buy our item. you don't have to return defective item. Just keep it. We will resend new bag to you include your new order. Happy Poshing.
