missques Shipped out your Jordan today tracking 9405 5108 9935 9405 3178 50 but it is showing as pending USPS scan. I want to post office at 12:30 and the person scanned it and gave me a receipt with same tracking.

missques @onswole I just received an email from Poshmark that says... “Whoops! Your Poshmark sale has been touted back to you. This usually happens when the package is overweight, or USPS had difficulties recognizing your buyers address. Please reply to this email to confirm you are able to re-shop the item and we will send you a new shipping label.”

missques @onswole I replied to the email and have not receive a reply back from Poshmark. I do not have the package so as soon as I receive it and Poshmark reissues the label I will reship it to you.

missques @onswole This has NEVER happened to me before so I am not sure how it really works. I have shipped out boots and shoes and never had a problem. I am not sure if you received an email from Poshmark explaining this snafu.

missques @onswole I do apologize for his inconvenience but I simply used the label that was provided. I gave it to an employee at the window and they did not tell me that I did not have enough weight on the postage.

missques I just received an automated email from Poshmark hey receive my email response and that t will take them at least 24 hours to respond. I do not know how long this entire process will last. If you would like a refund I will understand. That of course is an option for you. Let me know if you choose that route and I will inform Poshmark to refund your money.
