meleyers Well it's the middle of the night and I just woke up startled...I sent you the wrong item!! I mixed you and another package up. I have your throw right here. I accidentally sent you a children's toy! I am so sorry. I have contacted Posh. I did this several years ago and they handled it so well. They will be in contact with you soon. meleyers @libraryladyfo I've asked Posh for a new shipping label for your throw twice now and they are not responding. 😒(They are sending me reminders to ship though...) I wish I could call them. I think they're confused on the toy shipment thing. Normally they are very responsive with any issues.

meleyers @libraryladyfo That's what I'm trying to explain to Posh...I have your throw right here. I can't send it because once I used your label (inadvertently for the toy), it disappears from email. I think that's a security feature, so I can't see your address anymore. I wonder if you tell them to send me a label, they will send it to me...??? This has been so frustrating!! I just want to send you your package!!

meleyers @libraryladyfo I still have not heard anything back from Posh. I feel so helpless here. Very disappointed in how Posh has handled this. Normally they're great at resolving issues.
