How can you delete a comment someone put on an item that has nothing to do with that item? I have deleted the post and reposted in the past, but that is a lot of work. Thanks.

bgbh97 @amandalrowland I contacted them. I got the automated response and it said the the holiday are busy and it might take 48 hours to respond. I know everything was in there I double checked. I guess they have lost the keys. I understand if you need want to cancel. I am upset about where the keys are and that there is no way to talk with someone in person. I can let you know when I hear from them but I don’t know when that will be.

bgbh97 @amandalrowland poshmark said you approved the purchase. They said the dust bag for the keys was there but no keys. The keys are small. I know they were there. Can you let me know when you get the package and check to see if you find them. I don’t know if they use the same box I sent it in. Thanks.

amandalrowland @bgbh97, just arrived. came with 2 pouches, both were empty. strap was in the purse and the red base insert was on the outside. no keys anywhere to be found:(

bgbh97 @amandalrowland what do you want to do? I don’t know much about lock and keys. It looks like different locks go with different bags. Do u want to see if you see one on poshmark? I don’t know why they would not have put the strap back in the dust bag. This has not been a good experience with poshmark. Do you want to keep it or send it back?
