nattylightz Hi @gwendojo I want to apologize about the Madewell sandals. I went to ship them this morning, and I think the movers broke them when packing all my shoes into boxes (I have another pair with ripped bottoms), but I'm afraid that one of the sandals is too broken to send you to get much wear out of it (its totally coming apart from the heel). I'm sorry again (i'd love to just give them to you at this point), and thanks for being patient/understanding!

gwendojo @nattylightz thanks for the update. I think at this point perhaps you can cancel the order. The same thing happened to the pair that I had, to the point that they were unwearable. Again, thanks for keeping me in the loop
