I’ve never had to request to return an item & was under the impression the return request would go straight to you. Any other suggestions? Thanks for following up! foxarazzi @svetlanaminx hi there- I’m sorry you don’t love it. You’re the first. Photos of the actual item were included in the pictures & there is no satin sash - as pictured, it is a cord/rope sash. The lining is satin. Perhaps you didn’t see that. Poshmark will ask you to submit pictures of the item and if they feel it is not as described or pictured, they will have you return it. Since you already opened your case, it is up to Poshmark and out of my control.
