gypsi775 @sassychicco Just read all of that...not sure what transpired. She opened a case that the item wasn't as described? Or was the rating she gave, with a comment? Either way (realizing it's a sold item, do not think you can delete, never tried). My suggestion, I wouldn't engage with someone that much. You can offer assistance, ask a question, etc... but if they don't respond? Move on is all you can do... there will be negative experiences on here for sure.

sassychicco @gypsi775 She gave me a 4star rating and left a comment stating "dress was too loose at the top."😒 she ruined my 5 star ratings! I can laugh about it now. But before she bought the dress, I answered all of her questions about the material, size, etc. I gave her a gift and in the thank you note told her if she had any problems, please let me know, I'll take care of it. I would've replaced the dress for her. Instead she waited 72 hrs pending acceptance and left that comment.

sassychicco @gypsi775 and she had the audacity to lie stating she was driving and put the rating/comment by mistake and she emailed Poshmark to correct it knowing she can easily change it herself. I'm honest with people, maybe I'm too nice, idk...but I'm direct and believe communication is key. If there is a problem, let me know. Don't leave negative feedback because something doesn't fit right.

gypsi775 @sassychicco Got you... well, don't beat yourself up over it. Use it as a learning experience. Ratings are based on over-all, thank goodness. So as you build more & more, it will balance out. It isn't possible to maintain a 5 star rating forever. At least it's out of the way. I can say, if a Buyer has been difficult. An unfair rating and so on. I will usually block them from my closet. No point in doing business with them again in the future.

gypsi775 @sassychicco Another... never offer to buy an item back from a Buyer if they are unhappy. They made a purchase, short of you misrepresenting an item (which you wouldn't). Let Posh do their portion of the job and the Buyer can run it through Posh. They keep a pretty fat fee of 20%, that fee is so I have zero headache with most issues. Just remember you can't make everyone happy, unfortunately.

gypsi775 @witchywoman71 Hi sweetie... No, it was the only one available. I looked at it before packaging and wasn't broken. Which means happened during shipping. Open a case with Poshmark, there is insurance on the package. That way your money can be reimbursed and can return. The Seller's hands are tied other wise, all transactions go through Posh. When they contact me, will let them know was damaged during shipment.

witchywoman71 It might've happened in transfer . I think my husband may be able to fix it it just looks like one of the links came loose. I still wore it anyway because I thought it was really cool. If you ever do get another one let me know. I pulled an 80s theme out of this. So one of my ears has moon stone and diamonds and the other side with the cuff I wore a dangle earrings that has some gray tones to it. I made it work.I still love the piece anyway. 💋

If you ever receive an item broken, a decent Seller is always happy to agree with a return. In this case, the insurance would have covered the item. Giving you your money back and covering me. As far as needing to provide proof of this to sell on Posh? No, I do not:) However, my inventory is acquired at Auctions, etc... I also do not post a lot of my Retail inventory on here. More so keeping it to my overflow. So it's really how you personally choose to do it. Hope this helps.

gypsi775 @hawkescaste the laundry detergent is nothing special... use a enviro friendly unscented. It might be the fab softener, Mrs Meyers basil scent... amazon, Whole Foods or Target carry. I do store the clothes in scent packs I make, Honey lavender from bath and body works. So would be either of those😁 I’m glad you still love it!
